Room to Shine Foundation is dedicated to empowering adolescents by merging creativity with entrepreneurship. Through hands-on workshops in design, wardrobe styling, sewing, art, film, and photography, young people gain not only technical skills but also the confidence to express themselves. Each program is designed to highlight both the creative process and the business behind it, giving participants the tools to transform passion into purpose. By blending artistry with real-world knowledge, Room to Shine helps the next generation step boldly into their futures — with confidence, creativity, and vision.

Founded by Tyler Jenkins after her son’s autism diagnosis at 2.5 years old, Spectrum of Change was created to bring inclusivity, resources, and community to families of children with special needs. Through events that support moms, siblings, and children alike, the initiative provides safe spaces, joyful experiences, and meaningful connection for families who deserve to feel seen and supported.
